1. About GotMyTenants

GotMyTenants provides property management software for landlords, tenants, and property managers. The platform helps users manage rental homes, tenants, repairs, compliance documents, rent records, messages, and related workflows.

2. Use of the platform

You agree to use GotMyTenants lawfully, accurately, and responsibly. You must not upload unlawful content, misuse another user account, interfere with platform security, or use the service in a way that could harm other users.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of information you add to the platform, including property, tenant, compliance, rental, and payment information.

4. Landlord and tenant information

Landlords are responsible for ensuring that property, tenancy, compliance, and legal information is complete and accurate. Tenants should contact their landlord if any tenancy, repair, compliance, or document information looks incorrect.

5. Payments and subscriptions

GotMyTenants may offer paid subscriptions through Stripe. Subscription fees, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and payment status are handled through Stripe and reflected in your GotMyTenants account where applicable.

6. Tax, compliance, and legal tools

Any tax, compliance, affordability, or risk features are provided as software tools and estimates only. They do not replace advice from a qualified accountant, solicitor, compliance specialist, or official government service.

7. Uploaded documents and storage

Users may upload files such as property photos, certificates, tenancy documents, maintenance photos, and tenant profile images. You must only upload files you have the right to use and share.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we may update, improve, suspend, or change features from time to time. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary downtime or user-entered errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GotMyTenants is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of rental income, missed deadlines, legal penalties, or decisions made using information entered into the platform.
